What amazes me is how much money parents are prepared to waste on ways to teach their children 2 or more languages. Klai Kang Won School (on the same side of Petchakasem Rd as the palace). Offer classes for adults Monday to Friday daytimes for 1 baht a day for Thai citizens. Classes in computer programs, sewing and pattern cutting, cooking and lots more. Best of luck!
