Not consistently slow though - sometimes fast, oftentimes 20 seconds to load a page.

Slow for me too (on TOT). Most other sites are running at their usual speed.

A flying visit indeed; I just tracked the return flight to DMK, there were two C130's, the first just about to enter Bangkok and the second 10 mins behind.
