Either the development is under management by the developer or by the residents themselves (with a juristic company set up), depending on the contract. According to PT, the Governor is to be blamed for the mismanagement of the floods.

As they have majority, there is nothing somebody can do.

Let the people of Thailand decide.

Hopefully by now they now better.

Agree with above comments: who's accountable and where they take the money from? especially with all the populist policies/schemes they've announced before the flood water hit Bangkok.

As suggested, if you're able to narrow it down to a few spots where the leaking is, the better for the handyman.

By the way, there is 'SIKA' product very similar to the weathercoat, but a bit more expensive. Also buy a flat brush for applying the product.
