Don't think its the construction that is the real problem but system maintenance, they just need to keep the drains clear not only of the crap people dump in them, but the runoff mud and sand that accumulates. Maintains water in the tank at the temperature you set on the thermostat, so hot water is always available as long as the power is on and thermostat set high enough.

There are many different types of gauges on Lazada for around 200 baht that I sure will work, probably the best thing to do is go to the web site of the filer supplier and get the gauge specifications from there, then look for a similar gauge from Lazada. Just my thoughts but the properties along the railway line from the Soi 88 to the railway station maybe the next to go, a few have already been demolished and many more closed down and boarded up.

Used Mr. Too few times now very good not only for detailed cleaning of indoor and outside units, he also got all our units up and running that others could not, even repaired electronic cards that had burnt out.
