Are there any American Military Veterans that can give me some advice on applying for an increase in disability rating from the U.S. Veterans Administration while living in Thailand?

Does anyone know what happen to the masseuse named SA that worked at the Lamthien Massage on Hin Lek Fai Road about 5 KM out of town? My wife and I went there often and Sa gave the best thai massage we ever had. The people there don't seem to know where she now works.
