Re: Jimmy White Exhibition

That's a shame. I for one would be interested in knowing where and when Jimmy is playing an exhibition?

Re: Cool Box needs repair

The model number is KB-7345 (39 litres) very similar to model number KB-7645 (41 litres) shown in your link.

It was purchased in the Netherlands and used quite frequently but not in the past 4 years.

Thanks for all the advice.

It's a Portacool 45 by Tristar.

No sign of life at all when plugged in.

Cool Box needs repair

I have a cool box that can plug into 220/12v.

It hasn't been used for a few years and isn't working.

Any recommendations where to get the box back up and running would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Smoking ex-pats

I have tried countless times to quit over the past 50 years. The desire of many smokers to quit over a prolonged period is evidenced by their numerous failed attempts. I can only speak from personal experience but this is the step by step procedure that I used to succesfully quit the habit permanen...

Re: Smoking ex-pats

I started smoking when I was 13 and still smoke. Can't you understand that smoking is not only an addiction (for some it is) but it's also a pleasure. This may be the most deeply ingrained of all rationalizations associated with smoking as it has a solid basis in the following flawed denial logic. ...

johnjar, I did the same thing. I knew that I didn't know enough to be in the market and couldn't afford the learning curve. I found a wonderful FA and I've been retired and living off a modest investment for 13 yrs. and expect it to carry me through to the end with enough left to support my wife un...

Drain flies in the bathroom

We have drain flies in one of our bathrooms in a new house. Despite extensive investigation (masking all possible inlets etc) we cannot be sure where the nest is and how the flies get into the bathroom after hatching. Once inside the bathroom, the flies are attracted to light where they congregate o...
