Re: Midget
'Lek mak' means 'very small'.
Google translate (always worth a try with individual words) gives the following for midget: คนแคระ - sounds like 'khon kreh' to me.

Re: Car Challenge?
If the original car was an E-type Jag, the country of origin of the modified version surely must be non-European - so how about Japanese?

Re: The Rugby Thread
Sorry..... waffling on!!  No, it's always interesting to speculate. But of course that's all it is. I agree with PET that Roberts has not shown himself to be playing at the same level as the other centres so far. Having said that, he's been given another chance tomorrow, maybe because ...

Re: Renting a kayak for a few hours?
Check out Mermaid Cruises by clicking the sponsor on the right. They rent out kayaks. They don't actually rent out kayaks. I'm reasonably sure that they do, as well as their usual cruises. I think you can rent a kayak from their PakNamPran marina and disappear with it for as long as you li...

Re: Bt50m fund to aid tourists to be set up
Well, at least it shows there are a few people who realize the importance of tourism here. I'm not sure I agree. There may be a few people who recognise that there is a problem, but I don't see any real solutions in the article, and once the million quid has been divvied up between the heads of thi...

Enlarged text
When I increase the size of the text if using a small screen, some of the text in the posts gets hidden behind the sponsors list. (Also when posting, as I've just discovered!). Scrolling across doesn't help as the sponsors list is fixed in place.
Any way round this, or am I stuck with small print?
