Reading the above, I shall shortly be settling in Hua Hin, having been fortunate to have a property there for a few years now. I guess now on top of all I need to extend my single entry O visa, I now need a yellow book, where and how do I get one?

Re: shipping goods via royal mail
Box number 2 arrived yesterday, same as last time postman left a card saying large box ready for collection.
Sister in law collected box, again no customs charge.
Just wondering if its because, address is in Thai, and sent via land and sea, with Royal mail.

Re: Which Pick-Up Truck?
Hi Big Boy. Sorry to hear your truck has not arrived. I agree with your thoughts 100% on this matter. I hope you get the truck soon, sure you will enjoy when...

Re: Gas BBQ
I see many of you use gas grills. For me its wood or charcoal. Personally gas grills (bar b que) have the taste as cooking under the grill in the kitchen.
I have seen weber charcoal bar b ques also known as kettles in Hua Hin.

Hi. I went to test drive the new ford ranger here in the Channel Islands Yesterday, thinking should this be the Vehicle of my choice I could have a family member order it in Hua Hin, thus saving myself a couple of months. Anyway, the sales guy here says the wait is around 16 weeks, but if ordering t...

shipping goods via royal mail
Hi all.
Sending 3 x 20 kilo boxes of household goods, via royal mail, to Hua Hin, these items are from our house here in the UK, and are all in used condition.
Will these boxes be stopped by customs, if so how do they work out import tax.
