A friend went to Hua hin to check on requirements needed and the bit of paper they gave they had handwritten 12 months next to the 800 baht ?

Has anyone renewed their retirement visa since the 1st Jan I have heard hh immigration are saying you have to have 800k in the bank for 1 year ( not 3 month) before applying. Other people say they were fined even though the account had never gone below 800k they had used the account for every day us...

Has there been any changes to the time you need the 800k in a Thai bank account to obtain the 1 year visa extension. I was told that Hua Hin immigration are saying the money has to be in the account for 1 year and not 3 months.

Does a married couple have to show a pension of 65K or more a month each (130K ) in to a Thai bank.
A friend has just been turned away from immigration because his bank book is in both names and they insist they should meet the 130K baht.

Anyone heard if a change to the O visa for required health insurance

As a married frang couple do you both need 800k baht in a Thai bank or can one piggy back on the others visa, I can’t find any info on this

Anyone know where I can get a cannon printer repaired. It is just a home use printer not expensive and only 2 year old but hardly used but it will not pick up the paper now.
