Re: Covid questions for the forum
I left Thailand for work on 30th June and due to the worsening situation in Thailand and the timeframe for getting vaccinated have decided to go back to the UK rather than try and get back into Thailand. This is what I’ve found out so far checking online and asking people who have travelled recently...

Copied from the Air Asia website SEPANG, 23 August 2018 - The airspace above Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA2 will be closed between 9.00am and 10.30am (Malaysian time) daily from 27 to 31 August 2018. Re: New immigration form (TM6) goes into effect in October
Thais fill out the departure section of the TM6 card to leave Thailand they don't need to fill out the TM6 card on arrival.I'm sure the TM 6 was never a requirement for Thais but then again the TM6 cannot be the cause of the delays.

Re: New immigration form (TM6) goes into effect in October
Note: Go ahead and lose one sometime and see the BS you have to go through to replace it. You would think you've lost a Top Secret nuclear weapon security clearance card. A couple of months ago I realised I had lost my TM card while standing in the immigration queue at Don Meuang waiting to get sta...

But if I stay in the right hand lane it means I never have have to worry about changing lanes and I can drive at whatever speed I like.

Re: Certificate of residency for Non '0' from the Amphur
As I will be going back to the UK fairly soon and applying for a new non immigrant "O" visa I had a look at the Thai Consulate websites for Birmingham my nearest - and the main Consulate in London. I copied these requirements from the London website. Non-Immigrant Type O Birth Certificate ...

Re: Coco Beach Club
I have eaten here a few times and last night went back with my family. Ordered 4 dishes, steak, fajitas, nachos and spare ribs. The food took a while, as a few of the staff were off sick including ET himself. As usual all the dishes were excellent, the spare ribs are the best I have eaten for a long...

I shall have to take a look when I get back to Hua Hin.
I remember Villaggio well I used to live just over the road from there, when I worked in Qatar.

Re: Airport VIP Bus to and from Hua Hin
DHL don't have an office or agent in Hua Hin anymore which is why I assume they won't accept the Hua Hin post code online. DHL will deliver to Bangkok and will then subcontract the delivery to Hua Hin, I have had received several letters that have always been delivered promptly this way. Are you abl...
