bought a house in HH about 3 years ago for 5,000,000 and got offered 7,000,000 a few weeks back so its been alright from my point of veiw

Guys Thanks for the feedback, They did look like mainly Thai karaoke places. One place on the left (the one with heaps of bright lights) while driving away from the town center were advertising in English a live band at the weekends so I guess they are at least hoping on getting the tourist trade up...

Dont suppose you know what like any of them are like? whats the name of the falang bar?

I have a house that side of town and pass them on the way home and thought they might make an convenient stopping point for a night cap on the way home from town.

Theres also one at the Marriot hotel that sits over looking the beach, a bit pricy but really nice spot. I think its called CIA
