Thank you all for your messages,had a visit to my Dr,blood test etc,results were as one kind member .mentioned Immune system low,so now on meds,and she said I need to eat lots of Capsicum red or peppers.carrots sweet potatoe, Broccoli and oranges.so have started.thanks again lads.have a great day

Have just been advised John has been sentenced to 27 years and a million baht fine.will be moved to a prison closer to Bangkok.
