forget the car,bike it really not worth it.all electrical items will work here if your wifes thai you can bring in one of each item ie;toaster,kettle,hifi,microwave without paying duty maybe a back hander though just to help things along.shipping agents will rip you off if your bringing complete hou...

moving to huahin later this year and need a good clearing agent for container of household belongings when it arrives at bangkok also need to get it from bangkok to huahin to offload

we opened bank account on the main drag into huahin (bangkokbank) just needed passport paid in B2000 and had to pay for atm card which we got straight away gave the mother in laws address in thailand till we move over.left bank with payin book and card no problems.

i,ve had a quote of £700 for a 20 foot container 3 hours to load it up myself after that they charge.thats to bangkok.have to to sort out transport to huahin and customs at bangkok port
