Go to their website , pick your doctor and you can make appointment on line. Very efficient and up to date, many doctors there have trained in UK or USA. More expensive than local ones but definately the best.

Er indoors takes Litozin for arthritis which she says helps quite a bit (for long term - not acute stages).
It is rose hip powder, litozine being the trade name
Not been able to get it here so have to buy it by the bucketful when we go to UK
