Hi. I've never used this service because it's too expensive, but https://www.nokair.com has two flights/day from BKK to HH; 12.30 and 17.30 from BKK (3700 Baht o/w). The flight takes 50 min and you can check in by e-ticket if you have no luggage. Maybe you can check others opinion of Nok Air on Lone...

She could try the guesthouses along the sea north of Hilton (Bird, Memory, Mod...). I don't know the rates but I guess around 300-400 B (100-200 is hard to find, I guess).

I found good kebabs outside Captain inn bar, beef (80 B) and chicken (70B). They have Falafel and other things aswell.

Well, sorry, Red Dwarf. That's all info I've got. I don't know why it's called bike week and many similar events are called ...... week while they last only a few days. I guess more info will come later.
