I don't believe that bed bugs are the cause of your problem. I think you are suffering from urticaria which is basically an alergic reaction to something. Don't need to go out of town to the Ampur on the by-pass. There is one in Hua Hin itself. It's the building on the left of the Police Station, on the very corner next to Petchkasem Road. Went there yesterday for info. on the subject, so know this to be a fact.
