There are no problems currently by road from the airport to Hua Hin. Except for heavy traffic, not watery problems.

Pal, at the moment everything in Hua Hin is fine, it is busy, but always is on a holiday weekend, (today is a public holiday) as for shortages, or water etc, imo, they are being a bit over hyped and certainly exaggerated, some big chains like Tesco are evidently suffering supply chain problems, but ...

I found a good ear doctor, in a small shop house unit, almost directly opposite Hua Hin Hospital, (U turn in front of the hospital) But she is only open after 5pm. Sorry I don't have a phone number, but its easy to find.

You can buy some great tablets here, I am not sure what they are called, but they come in a mustard yellow blister pack of 10, and are cheap about 30Tb.
