I have been to Keto Hua Hin a few times. Resturant and store. Off the beaten track but worth it if you want keto.

I am about to visit Hua Hin immigration to apply for Non O retirement from visa exempt. I heard a rumor that I don't have to run from the bank, which opens late morning to immigration with among other things an updated bank book with a transaction the same day. There are a number of them in Pattaya. I am not aware of any in Hua Hin. Am I missing them?

There are many benefits to the keto diet besides weight loss. I have been on Keto for three years. Not always in ketosis but lost a lot of weight and feel much more energy, sleep better and cognizant. My blood tests are much better. No longer pre-diabetic.

Flying to thr U.S within the next few weeks. I will need either a rapid test or preferable PCR test. Wher is the best place to get either or both of those in Hua Hin? Thanks
