When I began to read your latest story Oe I was thinking that perhaps her boyfriend has instructed her to dress that way but, you dispelled that thought as I read further. You may be surprised how many nut cases in Pattaya tell their girlfriends to dress up in strange ways. A trip down Walking Stree...

Re: Farang Fatique ?
I am turning my back on the USA, it has made me not very proud of what they are doing around the world. Call me what you will, but I love Thailand, and it's people. I agree with what you say and welcome to the club but, don't turn your back on her completely. You may need her when you least expect ...

Do you think the less contact Thai's have with farangs the more genuine they're likely to be? For sure. I've seen it in Pattaya with various hotel staff who were as sweet as can be when first arrived from Nakonnowhere and slowly deteroriated as time went on and their exposure to farangs increased. ...

Try the below link and go to the bottom for the reservation form. I can't vouch for them though, proceed at your own risk. Also, do a web search for THAILAND TRAINS and there seems to be a few sites there where you can book on-line. Pete

I think many are xenophobic, including most of the government past and present. This is why the legislation to allow farangs 1 rai for residential purposes has been stalled for so many years. They are scared their entire country will be bought up. I think it is important to remember also that the te...

Heebio, what were the comments from those living in Pattaya? If they feel the same as I do, the atmosphere of friendliness has decreased each and every year since 1993 per my observations. Friendliness has been replaced with tolerance only. Enterprise and achieving as much wealth as possible, as qui...

In all seriousness, the quality and style of the helmets here is a joke. Yes, the full face/neck/head style is available at around 1000 baht or more therefore the normal Thai can't afford one. What most wear would probably simply keep the remaining mush contained in one place after an accident. Pete
