Re: Euro 2020

England's best player was Pickford who made a couple of excellent saves and commanded his area well. I thought the 3 centre backs were pretty solid and Phillips, in front of them, played well. Nice cameo performance from Grealish. I'm not Sterling's biggest fan but he's got 3 goals so far and what a...

Re: Watching the Euros 2021

I,m sure we wish ex Spurs midfielder, Christian Eriksen, a speedy recovery after he collapsed on the pitch during the Denmark v Finland game and had to be resuscitated before being rushed to hospital. He is said to be stable in hospital now. Sorry just seen the posts in the Euro 2020 thread. Maybe m...

Re: Premier League 2020-21

But how's about this scenario... Suppose Spurs have a home game and they find out their is going to be a demonstration against the clubs owners. They employ police in and around the stadium but they fail to stop a nutter with a gun getting inside who shoots both Harry Kane and Son Hueng-Min in the ...

Re: Premier League 2020-21

If you ended up in a pub in Eccles then that was punishment enough for you
If the clubs notify the police of potential trouble and it still can't be prevented then no way can the clubs be punished imo.
And how can a club be punished for trouble outside a teams hotel ??

Re: Premier League 2020-21

I don't know how this will pan out but if police were employed to provide security in and around the stadium and failed to do so then the responsibility should be theirs, difficult as it is to stop a couple of hundred people bent on causing trouble. But how's about this scenario... Suppose Spurs have...

They are based at Nong Bua Lamphu which is about 40kms from Udon Thani.
A relatively new club only formed about 10 years or so ago.

Re: Covid19 - updates on immigration and visa extensions

It should be interesting. If people are in fact trapped here, the authorities will have no option but to round up overstayers and imprison them until the offenders can be deported. Who will pay for imprisonment/deportation? The alternative being, whoever said no more extensions to back down and los...

Re: 'How To' - Requirements for visa extensions etc

Plenty of people overstay their visas by a few days so I wouldn't worry too much about it. It will cost you 500 baht per day,at the most, and there will be no repercussions. It was a genuine mistake after all. The chances of you being blacklisted and hauled off to Suang Plu immigration centre in Ban...

Re: Covid questions for the forum

The big test will be when they open the land borders imo
Laos 19 cases 0 deaths
Cambodia 126 cases 0 deaths
Myanmar 224 cases 6 deaths

I would say these figures are "slightly suspect"

Re: Flying into Thailand, latest updates

I think they will open the land borders first (Laos, Cambodia,Malaysia) and see how that goes for a couple of months before allowing international flights in.
If there's a spike in cases coming by land it will lead to an even further delay.
Chinese and South Korean flights will be the first allowed.

Re: Premier League 2019-2020

3 Brighton players have tested positive for the Coronavirus.
How they can think of restarting the league plus all at neutral venues is beyond me.
Declare Liverpool champions, European places allocated as per current standings and no relegations.
It's not perfect but probably the fairest.
