Re: Living in Phuket ?

All the tourist places is where you should all be at as you would find the rest of Thailand too challenging to deal with. Those that suggested the beach holiday resorts are spot-on for you guys. Have fun there and 07. You're right... but it's not really the kind of tourism I like. Tourist areas are...

Re: Living in Phuket ?

Hello, Cuffee.michael I will be very interested to know by what service your cousin because it is quite complicated to find a reliable and serious service. For the budget I have a fairly wide range, I am ready to put a certain price for something of quality. These are sentimental value things that ...

Re: Living in Phuket ?

Hi all, This thread is now looking like a boxing ring... lol Anyway, as 404cameljockey suggested, let's just ignore those who are not here to help you. ;) Trevorcasto, here are my answers: My move was not so easy. I mean the process of making it all happen was easy because I didn't do it on my own.....

Re: Living in Phuket ?

Hi, >I’ve been offered a position in Phuket, Thailand. Where? It's a big island. Some mean Patong when they say Phuket. Some business don't need to be near the beach and tourists with the related traffic and real estate costs. While riding in Thailand, make sure you always carry a copy of your passp...

Re: Thailand Tourist Friendly?

The worst thing is in nightclubs. There is a queue for Thai people, with free entry, and there is one for farangs, that have to pay something like 400/500 bahts to get in.... I mean, I had never seen that before in another country. Being a tourist in Thailand is amazing, but living there as an expat...

Re: Love Bread

Thank you for this thread lol, I can't live without french bread.

I was hoping to find it in Thailand. here in Bangkok it is not that easy to find a french bakery or something like that.

I'll buy a decent stock of bread there, then. :D 8)

Re: Hua Hin police to get tough on motorbike helmets

Do all 4 or 5 riders on the bike have to wear helmets? Ahahahah this is the funny part in fact. Even out here in Bangkok, only the driver is reportedly supposed to wear a helmet.... Never understood this rule :tsk: But we all know that if you have an accident, only the driver is at risks huh ? :D A...

Re: Biggest Benefit to Being Expat

We are getting off topic, so I just wanted to make a contribution ;) For me, the biggest benefit to being an expat in Thailand is to enjoy the sun, the beach, the amazing street food and everything this country has to offer while all my friends in Europe are having a bad time because of the terrible...

Re: Need to know things about thai GF

It seems like Thai girls are waiting for the perfect love. Once again, this could be said about any nationality and to a large extent, could apply to men as well. Yes... But I have the feeling it's something different out there. Sorry guys, I am just talking about my personal impression, don't want...

Re: Need to know things about thai GF

Hi ! I am going to talk about my personal experience. I have been dating a Thai girl for a while, and what I can say is that it is far from easy. I guess every girl is different though... But I can't stand her constant jealousy/drama anymore ahah. It seems like Thai girls are waiting for the perfect...

Re: Water truck

Hello,
So a price range would be between 300 and 500 bath for a good amount of water? is the delivery time reasonable?
