^^^ ... and British citizens in Thailand can go swivel. Edit: Ah, just read back through some posts. Seems UK citizens are also being offered this route on the 18th (today for you guys). I jumped the gun with my criticism. :D I read that Boris himself is coming to administer them dfb8d426...

Re: Vaccines - Covid 19
It seems like there is a 24 hr. window between the announcement and the vaccine appts. for US citizens and they don't say how many doses are available or how to contact the facility to register. Maybe I'm not seeing everything but it seems like it's not well thought out. Exactly! They post details ...

These is the new must have item selling everywhere here. Pulse Oxygen meters, apparently so you can check you don't have covid. I must hand it to them, there are some smart business people out their tapping into the #1 selling incentive - fear. As if the self diagnosing hypochondriacs need another g...

Re: Windows 11
What will will happen if Microsoft owners revolt and refuse to update to Win 11? You are eventually excluded from Win10 support & updates. But history has shown they will still push some essential security patches. Anyhow Win11 is just Win10 with a visual makeover. Never underestimate the power...

Re: Windows 11
Unless you have a fairly recent CPU or APU (AMD) you'll have a problem getting around the TPM 2.0 requirement. You may alternatively have a motherboard with TPM capability. Or be running an ARM processor such as Qualcomm Snapdragon series or Apple M1. Or a Raspberry Pi 4 [emoji3]. Otherwise, Window...

Re: Lotus's Cha-am Opening
Did they simply not consult an English speaker when rebranding? Got it in one! Certainly in the UK we tend to add an 's'. Tesco "I'm off to Tesco's". Woolworth "Off to Woolworth's". M & S "Off to Marks and Spencer's" and so on. I'm sure that's what they were trying...

Re: Lotus's Cha-am Opening
Can anyone explain the 's on the end of the name? I'm sure it doesn't mean anything in Thai because it is written in English. Does it mean something in Thai phonetically? Did they simply not consult an English speaker when rebranding?

Re: Documentaries
Not so much a documentary but a film made by the BBC in 1930 giving a profile of Siam. It covers the death of Rama VI and the coronation of Rama VII. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFowT6u6xU8 You can't get any more British then a moustached man wearing a pith hat talking about the Far East with a ...

Re: Windows 11
I installed a legal version of Windows 11 just over a week ago By legal version you mean developer preview (or insider ring or whatever they are calling this now). Don't confuse people out there thinking a new version has been publicly released. And yes, it is a nice makeover., but I am keeping it ...
