Further developments.. at check out time we found that he had not returned to the room at all, also the safe box had been jemmied out from the wall. I have now reported this man for criminal damage and theft of my property to the Hua Hin police station. If some one sees him please report him Thankyou.

i must say that in the few years i have been comming that i never had to fill out more than my name and passport number, but the law is the law and it is their country,
all guesthouses and hotels must comply with these rules or around 4k fine issued i believe.
