Isn't making recycled plastic brooms just kicking the can down the road so to speak.
As they wear down they will be releasing just more micro plastic particles into the environment.

The clean up job is going to be a major nightmare considering the ferocity of the fire and the dispersion of all those exotic materials down the runway.

Just another thing to watch out for is Q FEVER/Q VIRUS Mrs deepee recently had a blood test in which she showed up positive to it. These exotic bugs just keep on coming don't they.

Back in the 70's I was boarding a flight from Kathmandu to Rangoon. As it was a warmer than usual day the pilot needed to reduce the payload in order to get enough thrust for take off. We went thru Swampy on August 24th heading to KL with Malaysian Airlines. Arrived a good 3 hours before departure went to check in baggage which took over an hour( we were 12th in line) as staff were new recruits under training. Heading to the escalators for what was mayhem up at the security screen...
