FaxKing - did you find out if anyone does this in Hua Hin?

Thanks folks! I've already submitted a TM30 but it was the lease agreement that was worrying me

He has a work permit and I'm letting him stay at mine as a friend. He's explained all that to them but they still say they want to see the agreement!

A friend of mine is staying (FOC) at my property and immigration are asking that he provides a lease agreement in order to get a certificate of residence. I don't normally issue legal documents to friends who are visiting! Any ideas what they want exactly?

It might be too late for you but it's a lovely area. A bike would be useful if you want to go away from Hua Hin but otherwise there are 10 baht buses into town every 15 minutes. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance
