Re: China Coronavirus (Covid-19)
On a lighter note,a quote taken from the comments page on the BBC web page; "It's absolutely preposterous that the W.H.O are involved with this.Moon and Entwistle have passed and although Daltrey and Townshend are well versed in music and stuff,as far as i can tell have no expertise on Virus's&...

Re: GBP vs THB
The baht seems to have taken a hit across the board since the initial announcements came out of China regarding the virus, the dlr was at 31,20 at one point today. This will be the authorities thinking how do we encourage tourists back now!!!

Re: Team of Thai pickpockets hits Hua Hin
The initial post by U.S.i believe was one to heed, and make others aware of the possibilities based upon his knowledge of the locale especially at this time of year, and the fact he is known to many locals both Farang and Thai. He informed a forum member that a friend had been a victim,i personally t...

I think possibly the original poster meant to type BECC,(British Educational Children's Centre). It is located in the area approximately down opposite the Vana Nava water park. You will find info on google regarding facilities and location.

Absolutely tragic, and as is the norm nothing whatsoever will alter or change that these incidents do not occur on such a regular basis.

Re: Thailand Football
Where was the final originally booked for BB?
The Royal Army Stadium is quite good, although not seen the pitch in a while.
Only comment would be if you are not driving, then its a long walk from both BTS,and MRT to the stadium, unless you taking a local open-aired bus!!

Re: Looking For: Wicker love seat
If you go through the set of traffic lights in Cha-Am heading towards the main road leading to Bkk,do a U-turn at the flyover bridge before you would join this road and come back on yourself heading towards Cha-Am. On the left hand side there is a small factory there which produce wicker and bamboo ...

Air Asia is currently using an Airbus A320 on there daily route to Kl from Hua Hin.So no problem with regards length for that type of aircraft certainly.

Re: Visa run - Kuala Lumpur
You can exchange baht for ringgit at the airport at KL,fair exchange rates. Have a look at Hilton Garden Inn South, reasonably priced, basic accommodation if you only staying 1-2 nights. They have a swimming pool on the roof along with bar and good snack food.Great views at night, including the Petronas...
