They sell viagra in the pharmacy in HH, but only in the 100mg tablet size. I find its best to break them up. 25mg is fine for me and no headache. A word of warning though, if you have any sort of heart or bloodpressure problems you must see a doctor for advice before taking viagra or anything similar.

The older you get the better you get...I can finish in half the time I used to!
Seriously though in my experiance if you show some respect and attention to a Thai girl she will respond accordingly and give you the best time you ever had.
