Buying a laptop in hua Hin?

Looked around in the threads but couldn't find anything about prices and quality on new laptops in Thailand, especially interested in Hua Hin and BKK. Anyways, how are the prices compared to the U.S and Europe? I am looking for something in the area of 2Ghz, 256/512mb graphic card and 1+gig memory, ...

How is the cellphone coverage in Thailand? Guessing non-existent out at smaller islands and remote areas but decent in more populated areas like Hua Hin?

I have sometimes gotten some kind of seeds when eating spicy food at indian restaurants. Not sure what they are, taste like licorice, but they take the heat away instantly if chewed :D

I can try to find out, might need them when coming down there...

Traffic can be terrible though, might not want to drive in the city for the first couple of day...
