Observer group still around?

Hi can anyone please put me in touch with Boom or someone else at the Observer Group?

None of the old email addresses I have seem to working.

Phone number to the office would be OK also.

Thanks,

A

Re: Thaivisa Owner To Appear in Hua Hin Court

I think I met George in person over 10 year's ago; he approached me online using an alias. We agreed to meet up, talked a business proposition; it was one he had for me. The deal was internet related as I was in a position then to potentially supply cheap labor disguised as something else, something...

Re: Rentals on Hua Hin gated communities

It is not easy keeping a place rented in HH. But renters, they are out there, after years of setting vacant. I was finally able to get one, so far akeeper, so at least one of my places rented again. Last year I had this crazy Canadian/Christian zealot broad wanted all sorts of changes including spir...

Re: Webster University a "diploma mill"?

I did find this Website called Collegetimes.tv that is just hammering away at Webster Thailand on corruption, but it seems like it is mainly disgruntled former employees and students. They are lumping whoever is the new ho/Romanian business/ head-giver in with the other dregs. The official word I am...

Re: Concerned absentee neighbor's tree may fall on my house

^ The branches a piece at a time eventually. Depends upon the greatest risk: 1) Ongoing damage to the wall by living roots and trunk or, 2) Rotten pieces eventually falling down. Indeed cutting the whole thing down and removing it is the best option if the cost isn't too great for whoever is going ...

Re: Concerned absentee neighbor's tree may fall on my house

It is a pretty substantial tree, and quite risky to cut down if it not done correctly. This is why I want to notify the owner and place responsibility with them. Is there a legal procedure to be followed that will allow me to do this?

Concerned absentee neighbor's tree may fall on my house

I have a neighbor's large tree resting against the wall between our properties, damaging the wall and growing such that it may fall on either my or a another owners house. Offending property is supposedly Thai owned, vacant with vegetation and trees only, with an absentee landowner, and local careta...

Re: webster University

Stamford is owned by Laureate Education, which, while US-based, operates a Global network of schools.

Two well known universities affiliated with Laureate are Walden, Minn, USA, and University of Liverpool, UK.

Re: Which Pick-Up Truck?

For maintenance HH Ford's area is outback under a lean-to, whereas Toyota has was what you'd typically expect to see for a dealership service area. I would still go for Ford though in this case.

Re: VIP Condo Chain - Professional realtor

I did a little investigating of my own last week. You can get quite a bit of info by visiting the development yourself and asking around. I talked to the front desk staff at VIP. Three one bedrooms were for sale, one 10th floor facing the sea, and two, 18th and 24 th floor were the round end units. ...

Re: Which Pick-Up Truck?

The Ranger seems like an excellent choice. It was an attractive roomy truck, that I think Thais will like also. I visited the HH Ford dealer, and while their service bay is nothing like Toyota's, the product, particularly the 3.2 WildTrak, appeared dominating, far and away superior to anything else ...
