Do any of you know if there is any HH theme parties or festivals scheduled in Jan, Feb or March 2015?

I will be visiting Hua Hin in feb. or march 2015 and I was wondering if someone could give me some pointers on the difficulty of the courses in and around Hua Hin?

I am a casual golfer with low 20's hcp.
