I was also told that an injection of something was available that would help pending full surgery, any ideas as to what this might be and how to get it? I live permanently in Hua Hin and am interested in learning Thia, on a one to one basis. A language school does not offer me the flexibility I need with times, so I'm thinking that private lessons would be more convenient. Any suggestions for where I can find a private tutor and what I might expect...
