Hi I did a quick search for information on the forum but only got a few results regarding wheel chair access and what a nice hotel it is. Of the 3 things I would like to know this only answers the nice hotel one but I would also like to know if it is guest friendly and easy walking distance and safe...

IMO the best taxi driver in HuaHin is Tom at the Boat restaurant. He does (I hope he still does!) a lot of airport runs and speaks excellent English. Taxi is ok, but you take your chances, there is an airport bus to HH which has a good reputation and is safer than most taxis. check the thread
