If the sand is to soft it will be to much load on the ankle.

Is there any running tracks in Huahin (for outside running)?

How is the beach fitted for running (or is the sand to soft)?

Anyone who can tell if there is a fitness center with treadmills in central Huahin.
Otherwise I have to find a hotel with fitness center.
