I think (and its only rumour and guessing) that this might be in the land next to the big new condo at the end of 112. I think this makes sense as it's 'Vana Nava' Hua Hin and Vana Nava is nearby, although it could just as easily be within the grounds they bought for the water-park and condo/hotel. ...

I don't get that, is it a display size issue within the forum?

Maybe this is a topic for a new thread but I've never really understood key money, why would anyone pay it? I suppose the idea is that the location is so good and availability of premises rare that a premium is added to take the lease but is that not shown in the monthly rent? I've never heard of 'a...
