Re: Hua Hin Train Station Waiting Room

I am sure that the Railway company of Thailand is really interested in spending money, which they would normally pocket, on a facility to make farangs more comfortable.

Re: Hua Hin Trip Report 1

Good balanced report. "Just one" bar is a new one to me. I have always enjoyed Bam Bam myself. Food in both night markets is good. I like "Good steak" in the market near the SP Hospital. Totally Thai but have decided that there is a market for inexpensive western food--good luck ...

Re: Overstaffing in Thai superstores

I am pleasantly surprised at the language skills of many bar girls. (No oral-skills jokes please, I'm being serious) A young lady in a bar that I visit has gone from minimal english to real conversational ability in 6-8 months. For the L/B its the mixture of alcohol or yaba on top on BIG doses of estrogens that they take.
Female hormones can make you very bitchy, say no more!

A very expensive refit--looked horrible-- other bars not in the least bit threatened as the owner is known for his lack of business skills.

Re: Retirement - what to do?

Due to family obligations they could not do it this year, their first post-retirement year. They came for 10 weeks and by week 8 were bored ...

Re: Is Sao Paulo hospital better than BKK Hua Hin hospital?
