Donation of used clothes.
Anyone know somewhere they would take used clothes for donations? I'm a bit on the big side but for sure there must be somewhere which would like to receive good quality used clothing which I don't use or need anymore?

Re: Pizza in Hua Hin
Had it again at Lakeside Bar. Phad grapow pork pizza with two eggs on top. I was going to take it home, but after a couple of beers, I decided to try a slice. The whole pizza was gone a short time later. It’s like crack! Probably my favorite pizza in Hua Hin right now. Perfect spicy complement to t...

Re: Premier League 2023-24
Some interesting and controversial results yesterday, with Liverpool claiming a last minute injury time winner that was hotly contested by Forest (who look to have a very valid grievance). Valid? Well same thing happened to Liverpool in the first half but opposite way. After the wrongfull start whe...

Re: Another alcohol clampdown
Can buy in bars and restaurants anytime. The 2til 5 restrictions only applies to shops etc although Villa sells anytime. So the limit is totally stupid! Exactly. I wonder which planet the Thai politicians are living on? The restrictions which are now in place isn't preventing anyone from getting al...

Re: Chinese tourists (and their habits) surge into Thailand
This was Terminal 21. Soi 19. But currently it is 23:00 and I'm in Soi Nana. No Chinese here, but lots of farangs and Indians. Ah, okay thanks. Not normally a mall I bother with. I wonder what the big attraction was, as there's really not that much there. I went there for the food, which isn't too ...

Re: Chinese tourists (and their habits) surge into Thailand
I have now taken a trip to Bangkok, and OMG how many Chinese I see. I was in one of the big malls and I think nearly 50% were Chinese. What Mall were you in? I go to Bkk on Friday for 9/10 days, be interesting to compare, it will be after the weekend. This was Terminal 21. Soi 19. But currently it ...

I have now taken a trip to Bangkok, and OMG how many Chinese I see. I was in one of the big malls and I think nearly 50% were Chinese. And this was in Sukhumvit not "China Town"! Also outside the mall groups of Chinese under an leader's command waiting for tour transports. I have never see...

Enough is enough - I've given Nunez, Darwin or whatever he prefers, ample opportunity but he's a c**t. Hit woodwork: 4 Penalty miss: 1 Big chances missed: 2 You almost hit the jackpot today. Almost. [emoji23] But still contributing in a fantastic way. Yesterday he was unlucky and this will soon tur...

We caught Barracuda where I was working offshore in the US Mexico Gulf and the stench was horrible. I would not eat this type of Barracuda at least. I have no clue where the Barracuda they serve here in HH comes from?

They have visited my house 3 times. 2 of the times I was overseas working and they had to settle with meeting my wife. Anyway they already have known for many years my occupation and that I work overseas.

The rule for transfers over 50K was implemented several months ago Thanks for this info. I didn't know this. Anyway strange since the mobile bank app imo is safer since it asks for pw when confirming a transfer which the internet banking site do not [emoji848][emoji848][emoji848] YNWA Fraud with mo...

Bangkok Bank Internet banking vs. Mobile Banking.
I just experienced something which I have never seen or heard of before. I tried to transfer 100K to my wife through my Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking App (Android) and it was stopped! I was asked to go to my nearest branch and identify myself before this transaction could take place. I have transferre...
