and as in a previous request a good english speaking layyer

Is there such a thing is a "good" lawyer? I seriously doubt it.

English Speaking lawyers are available at Siam Legal, at Market Village, Petchkasem Road

ffice is on the RH side of the car park exit roadway

Lots of them norm,
just depends on which end of the telescope you're looking through (or whose ox is being gored?).
Trouble is most of them don't work for guys like you and me.

There is a law office "Siam Firm", located at the old observer building. Somsak Chopaka is the Thai qualified lawyer available in Hua Hin on Tuesdays and Fridays. Address is 13/59 Hua Hin Soi 47/1, Petchkasem Rd - Tel: 032-531508.

Warning - he still thinks its no problem for a foreigner to set up a shell company to buy land. I'm not sure if this is a good sign or a bad one. I'll leave that up to you. He speaks perfect English.
