Make your own, with chicken livers, cheap brandy, garlic, butter, salt and pepper.
Cook the livers in a pan on a low heat (don?t over cook) with a very large splash of the brandy season with salt and pepper and a Bay leaf, finely chop two cloves of garlic, add near the end of cooking.
Take out the bay leaf, blend the lot.
Melt the butter, mix together put in a cool place wait for the butter and mixture to set.
Roll out a large enough sheet of foil fold in 2 on a flat surface put the mixture in the middle and roll up like a sausage twist both ends and put in the fridge.
Half kilo of Chicken livers (clean first, I soak over night in milk)
250g un salted butter
Half bottle of Christian Brother?s (use a quarter, drink the other half while waiting)
Large pinch of salt and pepper
2 Bay leafs
2 cloves of garlic
