The bubble has burst out here and i will say that there are plenty of people of the arthur daley type that i would not buy an ice cream from, let alone a house.

I agree chaps.
There's two trolls on here who are bitter and have personal grudges against me, HHAD and a couple of bar owners and they are hiding behind new usernames to try and upset people.
Pathetic and sad really as they are grown adults, but then I'm just as bad for feeding them
