No bull-fighting pics - The Gypsy was a Flamenco dancer I think.

1960's "art" and the 60's culture

Post by cole »

I liked the response about reminding someone of the 60's. I too had a bedroom with black and white "lightning flash" wallpaper and later orange furtniture with orange "swirl" carpets; looking back it was pretty strange stuff, but things were all changing from the drab 50's. Our generation seemed to be at the front of massive social change; talking to my peers, we are all of the opinion that we were very fortunate to have enjoyed that period; since that time the problems of the world seem to have cast a shadow over so many things that took for granted back then.
