Council Tax Payment

Post by lockwood74 »

I came accross this newspaper article: from www.huahinmirror.com

Annual Tax Payment 2007

Duansamorn Klaythong

HUA HIN. Posted January 31, 2007

1. House and Land Tax: tax should be paid during January-February 2007. The payment should be done within 30 days as of the notified evaluation date.
2. Local Maintenance Tax: tax should be paid during January-April 2007.
3. Signboard Tax: tax should be paid during January-March 2007. The payment should be done within 15 days as of the notified evaluation date.

Does anyone know anymore, I am particularly interested as my house will soon be completed and ready to move into

kind Regards

John
I too am interested in this tax.
Being a recent owner and having a Wife and Daughter who tend to not worry too much about small things like this, I need to find out about such things on this forum.
Have you received any info?

Why not ask at source? editor@huahinmirror.com

When you ask does anyone know more, exactly what more do you want to know? That information would be more helpful to answer your question.

Thanks nerius,
After your advise I am aware that it is only for commercial property.
Jockey I take your point but emails back and forth take up someones Valuable Time (not mine)
I thought it would be easier to just ask someone.
Once again
Thank You :thumb:
