Has anybody got any comments on what they think of the quality of the Emerald Hills development.

Also where is the best place to look for property that is being sold by the current owners.

I live near Emerald Hill, and have watched the houses being built. As far as I can see they are built to a fairly high quality. For instance they are constructed with thermal bricks unlike nearby Natural Hill.

What location and size of property are you looking for?

2 bedrooms, with pool and separate kitchen.

I have had a look at the houses at Emerald Hill but was not very impresses. The houses at Natural Hill which is just behind Emerald Hill are lovely spacious houses and not to close together. Highly reccomend viewing.
