Will scores of people gather together to bid on bikes? If so, check for outbreaks of Covid 19 within 14 days.

They used to have vehicle auctions at customs HQ in Bangkok. Many of the cars had been impounded years before. Many cars were expensive imports that had evaded import duties and other taxes They couldn't sell many of them because of the condition of the cars. Never mind the repair bills to get them roadworthy, the lucky auction winners also had to pay the assessed duties as if the cars were still new.
