Anyone who has ever checked their predictions against Mark Lawrenson, Sunday's matches are your last chance. He is retiring.

Once they accomplish the below and confirm I'll post the final results later today.

"Important Notice
Thanks for playing our Premier League Predictor! Please note that pool standings and global leaderboards will only be officially confirmed on Monday once we have reprocessed the tournament and confirmed honours. Once complete, you will receive an email summarising your performance and this notice will be updated. Good luck in Round 38!"

I think it's all over already, isn't it? The final standings are on the site.

Anyway, well done BB.

I thought I was in with a chance until I imploded on the penultimate week!!

I'll be back for next season.

No, they have to rerun the results for the entire season to confirm then they'll notify. It's only 7 A.M. in SAF so they aren't even working yet.

Indeed I don't think anything will change, but I'll wait just in case.

Phew!!! That was a long wait.

What can I say? I am one very proud Big Boy today. I play in many prediction leagues on this forum, but since I gave up trying to follow rugby whilst living in Thailand, this is the only league that I actually care about – most of the time I sign up to prediction leagues, just to make up the numbers, and maybe cause the occasional upset. It is IMHO also the longest duration and hardest of all the leagues to win.

I still remember years ago when Guess convinced me to sign up to IKTS. I had to think hard about it because although I followed the league, there were some legends playing who to this day I am still in awe of, such as caller and lomuamart.

If we were still playing IKTS, there is no way I’d be writing this now. My prediction skills deteriorate very badly in the last quarter of any season, and I would lose my banker week after week in that period, often resulting in negative scores. With SuperBru, if you get it wrong, you get it wrong – no penalties.

After 30 weeks, to many, I must have looked unbeatable, such was the lead that I’d built, but knowing my last quarter failings, I often doubted I would hold on, and a lot of credit to my 3 adversaries, firstly lomuamart (who fortunately peaked too soon :D) and then Bangkok Baz and adspurs1961 who both came from nowhere at the end, with some remarkable weeks 36 and 37 scores.

Unusually, I watched as the Premier League’s conclusion came to its conclusion last night (something I’ve never done before), and after 60 minutes it looked as though I would get just 3 points this week. I was thinking of my congratulations post to the eventual winner. I thought I was going to do a Plymouth Argyle – at the top for so long, but a has been with a 5-0 hammering on the last day.

I went to bed at 2am this morning, when everything had been finalised, a very happy bunny. I know it is most likely a one off, but winning this season really means a lot to me.

A big THANK YOU to PeteC for organizing this tournament. I am genuinely a very proud winner – something I never thought I’d be saying.

Ok, audited results are in per the below. I don't think anything changed from before the audit. Congratulations to Big Boy!   who has been leading the pool since December 2021. So many close groupings that all deserve congratulations, and thanks for playing. Next season will be here before we know it.

Well done BB, well deserved for your staying power.

I was a flop in the premier game but did okay in the FA cup one, 1st here, 1st in Thailand out of 20 (lol!), 3rd out of over 900 Chelsea fans and 37th globally.

Thanks to Pete and look forward to next season.
