After that I was hooked, visiting twice a year until I decided to retire here at the young age of 47 in 2002.
1st August 2002 landing at Don Muang and realised that I couldn't speak any Thai!
I was ashamed. Khap khun khrap, beeya khuat neung, sawat dii........
I'm now glad to say that I've got off my arse and I can read pretty good.
I can write and speak Thai.
