On another forum I use, predicting the final table is an annual event. You get + or - minus points in monthly updates depending on how well you are doing. A correct placing is10 and if you are 15 places off, you get - 15. It's only in the last couple of years that anyone ended with a + score. I did but still finished 2nd. This year I was 9th.

I'm happy to join such a competition here as long as the deadline to do the predictions is one or two days before the first matches.

I don't think we need any other format but just writing down the order of the teams and putting it here.

I don't think anyone on the forum made any like the listing they're doing this season?

Getting back to your final standings chart. Assigning 10 points or even 1 point at the end of a month for the correct placement is just as easy as making an annotation that you were correct for that month.

If I do that, you players have to decide who the ultimate winner is. Is it the person with the most points at the end, or the person who has the closest correct placement at the end of the final match week?

You decide and let us know.
