HD PRIME - No connection to stations

I have not been able to get a picture from any of the stations eg BBC, Sky News etc for 3 days. I get onto the site and click BBC, up comes the site but no picture or sound - anybody else with this problem - thanks

I have the same problem, have sent an email to HD Prime yesterday but no reply as yet. I have tried all the service providers but none work. Thank good ness I have a back-up with TV Mucho!!!!!!!!!!

The best way to get in touch with HD Prime is via an app called telegram.....if you have a look at their website, it mentions this.

Just download 'Telegram' from the playstore to your smartphone and join @hdprime_updates.
You can then get in contact with them very quickly, as they monitor this telegram channel, all of/most of the time.

Having a few (audio/visual/streaming) issues here recently and 'my man' has gone from being super responsive to just flat out never answering(via the Telegram app) almost overnight!

Im starting to think that my guy might not be there anymore?

also wondering if connected to Covid 19 and no sport???

I can't comment on recent responses as I've never had to use them. I watch HDPrime every day, the TV channels, movies and series. Not had a problem for ages. First thing this morning I noticed the 'catch up' was gone. It was back a half hour later.

HD Prime is working well this am - if a problem go to them by Telegram as they monitor this often for any customer problems.

Except that they're suddenly not answering Telegram last few weeks which is what my post specifically says!

What specifically is working well this morning ? Live TV?

Go to Series...

Gangs of London ep 1 and tell me if you have audio?

Go to Van der Valk and tell me if picture clear on ep 1(+ heavy buffering) or if you have a frozen screen on ep 2.

Movies such as The Gentleman are just unwatchable

I could go on

Also I often I have intermittent issues eg a drama just won't play, no matter what I try(reboots log out /in) etc etc. And then 2 hours later it will play.

My Internet is excellent

To surmise, lots of issues and (suddenly) no response

Yes and I'm almost the opposite in that I watch VOD(films & series) especially during lockdown as no sport to watch. I hardly ever watch Live TV.

So when you saying it's working well I know what you mean, but I know what I mean as well... and its not!

Plus no response. Something is off about this I can feel it

Since I said a couple of days ago that I was not having problems, after making that post things went from bad to worse. Currently, live TV seems to be working and the 'catch-up' lists are there but playback on catch-up doesn't work. Fortunately, movies and series work fine. As there is movement on the TV channels from almost nothing to 'almost there', I'm guessing that they are working on it.

To Highflyer: I've used HDPrime from the outset a few years ago. I can count the problems I've had on one hand and up until now, any problem has been responded to and fixed very quickly. I'd certainly not call it 'cheap crap' as until now, it's worked very well. When my daughter was here for a long stay a few years ago, she subscribed with a full year's subscription. She had a couple of months left when she returned to the UK and used the remainder in the UK with no problems.

This is the biggest problem they've encountered. Fingers crossed, they'll get it sorted.
