Highlight of the Hua Hin Food Fest 2019 next weekend will be the kingdom's longest ever seafood pizza.

The event at the Queens Park 19 Rai will showcase all manner of Thai and international cuisine.

Hua Hin's district chief Thanon Phanpheephat and mayor Noppaporn Wutthikun joined with tourism folk and industry chiefs at the Holiday Inn resort last Friday to promote the upcoming event.

One of the "tasters" for what is to come was a pizza prepared by chefs from Cha-Am and Hua Hin that really hit the spot.

The food festival will take place by the beach on Saturday and Sunday August 31st/Sept 1st.

I wonder why they hold this yearly festival during the rainy season? It's rained every year during this time.

Just be positive FGS and say "I shall be there so I hope the weather is kind" and join us all.
This negative stuff so so often from members is depressing.

Totally agree PET, why do this, why do that, why why why ? It's done that way and that's it, you wether go or you don't, it's not compulsory! Even if it rains it can still be fun, just take it with a smile and enjoy !!! :D

I shy away from most crowded events but do enjoy a variety of foods.

Can anyone who has gone to this before tell a little? Was it a mass craziness, or crowded, yes, but not bad, food tastings were available.

Any parking hints appreciated also

Thanks!

I've been a few times - I've really enjoyed it in previous years, but I went last year feeling well hungry, and ended up eating in Market Village. Neither I nor any of my family saw anything that cried out, "Eat Me!!!" However, that is down to personal food tastes. There was plenty of food and plenty eating.

I've not seen it overcrowded - a lot of people, but we always managed to get a seat when we needed one. Plenty of parking on 19 Rai, or along the road leading to the fest. Always managed to park within a 5 minute walk.
