Have never done the 24-hour report, and have never been asked for it. But we know how inconsistent immigration can be.

I had an issue with them previously when I went to do the 90 day reporting they asked why I hadn’t reported my arrival back into the country.

I can’t remember if they fined me or not but I know I had to drive back home to get the blue book to confirm my address. Tha Yang is around 40 mins from home.

It’s madness, every year for the annual extension we are required to show proof of residence (same residence for the past 6 years), yet on return to the country we have to prove it all over again.

I’ll be heading out again during Christmas so won’t need to report for 90 days…..so I’ll also skip the 24 hour this time also I think.

Did someone say there is an app for doing the TM30 submission? Please could you let me know what it is and any useful tips/instructions on how to use it? Thanks

Do Immigration do the TM 30 at Blueport

Post by Hahuahin »

I been to another province for three days and stayed in a hotel, so I guess I need to update TM 30 and if anyone know I would be grateful to know if I can get that done at the Immigration office at Blue Port and eventually documentation needed.

Thank you
:)

Forget it. I have been to other provinces and even other countries so many times and never reported anything.

When I left earlier this year I asked the woman at Cha Am immigration if I had to report on my return and she said no, as long as you remember to do your 90 day report on time. Next time I went to Imm there were no issues and I’ve just returned again and won’t do anything until my next 90 day report is due.

When I first became aware of the online TM30 system (several years ago now) I registered on it and input my current address. Not exactly sure when that was but probably about 5 years ago at least.

I've never updated it since. I've been in and out of the country multiple times and made numerous trips around the country involving overnight stays.

It's never been a problem with immigration although there was one time about two years back when they queried which address was correct as there are two houses on our property with different numbers and I'd used them both at different times (as I wasn't actually sure which was which).

The paper in my passport showed one number and the online system showed the other.

I just confirmed which was the correct number for the house I'm living in and he gave me a new paper to put in my passport, which is still there.

/\ Likewise, been in and out a few times and still have the original stapled in the back of my passport.

I can't vouch for the authenticity of the following, but scrolling through news pages, I've just come across this:

Trying do the right thing and do a TM30 registration but I can't log in. I tried the new URL above too. When I try reset my password it says user not recognised. Are others having the same problem?
