Wonder how this will unfold in my case where I also return to same address but been a month abroad

I come every year 2 times, november/december for about 6 weeks and may for 4 weeks.
Maybe depeds on Immigration office.
My slip is from 14.11.2019

Ok but it not say anything about been abroad but it says this However, they are no longer required to resubmit a T.M.30 form every time a foreign national returns to stay at the same place, and this In the event that a foreign national travels and stays in another place on an occasional basis, and then returns to stay at the same premises within the period of stay specified in the T.M.30, then a new T.M.30 will need not be submitted each time they arrive. The new rules are applicable to all foreign nationals who stay in Thailand on any type of visa, including holders of multiple-entry visas and re-entry permits which enable the holders to leave and return to Thailand within their visa validity period.

Shall I understand it as I need to submit T,M. because my 90 day counting start over again when arriving
Btw, anyone who know if necesarry to submit T.M. 30 if it can be done at Blueport?

I am looking at online reporting for TM30 and I am struggling. Firstly is there any way of getting the site in English as doing dates/visa type/airport in Thai is very difficult. Also does anybody know if you can enter stays in advance of the 'check-in date'? Is 'check-in date' the arrival at the place you are staying and 'arrival date' the date you arrive in Thailand? 'TM6 number' is there but I thought this had been abolished. And what is 'relationship'?

I flew in last Friday and I have no TM30 slip stapled into my passport any more simply because they've been abandoned. They are defunct.

However, I'd suggest a 90 day report will be necessary.

It's a pain to remember and count 90 days from the entry but that's been the case for as long as I can remember. Airport Imm don't stamp when the 90 days is due but local offices will give a reminder for those of us like me who have to count the days on the computer.

It has been 'temporarily" discontinued.

That being the case, it seems that if it can be temporarily discontinued, it isn't at all necessary. Please forgive my logic, I'm a lowly farang and know nothing.

The TM 30 hasn't been discontinued, and that's stapled into the back of your passport as well once you file the forms with immigration

Sorry for the confusion. I assumed as lomu had just flown in, he was talking about the Thailand Arrival and Departure Card when he said he had nothing stapled in his passport.

Thankfully our Juristic person has agreed to do this. I am so relieved! Thank-you to everyone

I came in a few days ago and went to Immigration here in Hua Hin the day after arrival and the only thing they say/did when I asked about T.M 30 and told them I had the same address now as before was to give me a new 90-day slip staplet in the passport

Is the 24 hour notification of residence farce still a requirement?

I’m sure the official answer is yes, but whether they enforce it might depend on what day of the week it is when you next have to visit and who you see? You either take a chance or spend an hour keeping someone in a job!!

Yes, best to keep a clean slate. It’s the drive to Tha Yang that’s the pain, but better than fine down the line I suppose.

You can do it online with the Section38 app, the website doesn't seem to be working. But you need to register your address first.
